How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your order and delivery location. The exact cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned if a return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise. Worn, washed or altered items are not accepted. Underwear, intimate apparel and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned after the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed, or if the item has been worn. Auvessia covers reasonable return shipping for confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect items.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
