How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on nearly all orders. In rare cases, a shipping charge may apply depending on the order or delivery location. Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, so there are no unexpected shipping fees.
What if the item does not fit?
Eligible items may be returned if you submit a return request within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging. For a return due to fit or a change of mind, the customer pays the direct return shipping cost unless we state otherwise. Direct exchanges cannot be guaranteed, so returning the original item and placing a new order is normally the quickest option.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at info@auvessia.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been accepted for fulfilment. If cancellation is still possible, the cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
Items in the same order may be shipped separately because they can be fulfilled from different locations or become available at different times. When tracking is available, you will receive the relevant tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we split an order.
